Cole Holiday brings vision, energy, and leadership to his role as Executive Vice President. He’s deeply involved in the company’s administrative and sales functions. Cole helps shape the future of Coyle Supply, from how the company shows up in the market, how it scales, and who is hired to join the team.
His days often shift between vendor calls, bank meetings, sales conversations, and internal planning sessions. He started his career in outside sales where he quickly became Coyle’s highest-producing salesperson. He was promoted to Corporate Sales Manager before earning his current position of Executive Vice President.
Cole is passionate about a workplace culture that supports ambition and balance. His goal is to incentivize growth through new ideas and ownership at each level. He believes the company is highly driven for success because it allows its team members the flexibility to prioritize family and the things that matter most.
Depending on the season, you’ll find Cole hunting, fishing, or golfing outside of work. He also loves spending time with his kids and competes as a professional arm wrestler.
