President

Scott Bailey guides Coyle Supply as its President. He oversees every aspect of the company, from engineered product orders to payroll and facility upgrades. He ensures business operations run smoothly so customers are taken care of and employees have what they need to succeed.

Scott joined Coyle Supply’s outside sales team in 1986. Just one year later, he became Branch Manager of the Springfield, MO location. In 2021, Scott became the President of Coyle Supply. Since then, he’s led with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in the team at Coyle.

Scott deeply understands products and their applications, which is apparent in any discussion with him. His knowledge strengthens our customer relationships and our reputation as a trusted process and flow control partner. Over time, many of his long-standing customers have become personal friends.

He credits the company’s success to its team and culture. In his role, he’s helped discover talent and foster a culture that employees want to be a part of. 

Scott enjoys family time, hiking through national parks, hunting, and spending time with his dog, Jack.
